Pueblo San Juan and Pacific 1267

Pueblo San Juan & Pacific 4-8-4 #1267. This locomotive is one of eight used by the PSJ&P from 1925 until the end in 1938. They were built by the Montreal Locomotive Works in 1925. The locomotives were used by the PSJ&P to haul passengers, and fast freights. From 1938 to 1942 the Union Pacific used them over the old PSJ&P main line, slowly replacing the PSJ&P motive power with their own. The line was soon abandoned in 1951.
